About Me
I’m a wife and mother of three who finds joy in exploring nature, hiking, gardening, baking sourdough, crocheting, traveling, and sharing the joys of yoga. I’ve been devoted to the study of yoga since the early 1990s and have been teaching alignment-based yoga since 2011.
Before becoming a yoga teacher, I worked with hospitalized patients, offering therapeutic support to ease fear and anxiety. That experience deepened my understanding of how mindful movement, breath, and presence can support healing on every level.
My passion is to honor each student’s unique path to health and wellness and to create a welcoming space for growth—whether you're stepping onto the mat for the first time, deepening a long-standing practice, or navigating a life transition.
It is my joy and calling to help others discover their strength, resilience, and wholeness through the practice of yoga and mindfulness on and off the mat.
